and Medivation, Inc. today announced results of a national study of males with advanced prostate cancers and caregivers of guys with advanced prostate malignancy. Outcomes showed that while patients who participated in the study are generally optimistic, many may feel isolated in dealing with their disease. Forty-five % reported they maintain silent about their prostate treatments and malignancy, and 59 % are worried about becoming a burden to friends and family. By comparison, only 43 % of patient respondents have the same degree of concern about dying.We’re prepared to help schools take practical measures to prevent incidents, spills, and fires. This program is not just good for our academic institutions but can also keep our environment secure and clean for generations to arrive, said Susan Bodine, assistant administrator for EPA’s Workplace of Solid Waste materials and Crisis Response. Through the campaign, universities are connected with local chemical management experts and a web-based toolkit.
